Data processing agreement (DPA)
DPA is an agreement between a data controller (such as a company) and a data processor (such as a third-party service provider).
It is typically required for full GDPR compliance if your company has a third-party service provider and you exchange personal data collected by your company with such a third-party service provider in order for this provider to provide their services.
A DPA sets forth, among other things, the purpose and duration of the processing activities, the type of personal data to be processed and defines the rights and obligations the controller and processor will have.
Under the provided template, the processor is not entitled to transfer personal data processed to third countries without the prior consent of the controller.
Agreement on working activity (Czechia)
An agreement on working activity is usually entered into between an employer and a high school/university student in the Czech Republic. However, other uses are possible as this agreement can be used in situations such as part time work of various forms.
An agreement on working activity can only be entered into with certain limitations. Based on such an agreement, it is impossible to perform work exceeding 20 hours per week on average. This average is assessed for the full time of which the agreement has been concluded, but should not be longer than for 52 weeks.
A feature of this agreement is the possibility of quick and simple termination using a termination without a reason within 15 days’ notice period, starting on the day when such termination notice has been delivered to the other party.
Marketing Consent
This marketing consent template serves the purpose of obtaining GDPR consent with sending a newsletter with information about products, services, events and other activities of third parties with which your startup cooperates, in the form of an e-mail message.
You do not need the recipient’s consent to send a newsletter related to your own activities, since you can send it based on your legitimate interest.
The purpose of consent obtained on the basis of the provided template is quite specific, so if it is for a different purpose, e.g. sending a newsletter with a different type of information, the wording of the consent will need to be modified.
Contract for work
The author can create a work for another person based on a contract for work. They can also provide a license for a third party to use the work under this contract. Our contract permits this, although it remains a simple contract suitable for any type of work (design, computer programme, text, etc.).
In the template, the payment of the price is set as a one time lump sum payment, payable after the work is delivered. However, this is subject to modifications as other payment methods are possible, such as paying for each part of the work (milestones) separately or deposit payments before the completion of the work.
Employment agreement
The employment agreement template contains the standard provisions included in the Employment Act, which protects employees to a certain degree but it is impossible to divert from the legislation in this case.
Director agreement
The relationship between a company and its director can be governed by a director agreement, which must be in writing and approved at the company’s general meeting.
Based on the provided template, the company binds itself to pay a monthly salary to the director. However, a company can also agree with a director that the director shall perform the role free of charge.

Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Before you disclose to any third party (such as potential clients or suppliers) any information regarding your business, protect the information using an NDA. By signing the NDA, the third party shall bind itself not to disclose any confidential or sensitive information you share with them.
In return, you will also bind yourself to the same obligation, as the template contains a mutual NDA. Therefore, both parties to the agreement shall have a duty to keep certain confidential information secret after signing.
Licence agreement
When you produce any work, you can let others use it through a licence agreement. The licence agreement template that you can download provides a licence in the broadest scope possible, therefore exclusive, unlimited in terms of time and place for extensive ways of using the work.
A fee is payable for the licence, however, it is also possible to grant it for free but be aware of the tax implications in such cases.

Service level agreement (SLA)
To secure the functionality and maintenance of digital products, it is usual to enter into an SLA with the service provider.
The agreement usually defines the required scope of the product’s functionality, time requirements in relation to its maintenance and expedience of repairing any incidents. It shall also divide the responsibility for functionality and maintenance of the digital product between the customer and provider.
Students’ part time work agreement (Slovakia)
In Slovakia, an employer can enter into a students’ part time work agreement with a high school or university student who is younger than 26 years old. An integral part of the agreement is a confirmation of the student’s student status.
The scope of the performed work can be no more than 20 hours per week on average. The duration of the agreement can be up to 12 months.
A feature of the students’ part time work agreement is the possibility to be simply and quickly terminated, using a ‘termination without reason within 15 days’ notice period, starting on the day when such termination notice in writing has been delivered.
In the Czech Republic, the agreement on working activity is commonly used instead of the students’ part time work agreement.
