She combines hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and innovation with a solid legal and financial background as a Lawyer and Chartered Accountant, guiding teams through the early steps of creating their own ventures, from business setup and structure to practical startup legal consulting and financial considerations.

Eloiza spent over a decade shaping Cyprus’ entrepreneurship ecosystem as the founding CEO of Junior Achievement Cyprus and co‑founder of Chrysalis LEAP, the country’s first entrepreneurship education organisation and cleantech accelerator respectively. During this time, she supported early‑stage teams with start – up coaching and mentoring as well as legal and financial consulting and mentoring.
In 2025, she coached the Cyprus Entrepreneurship team at the European Competition of EuroSkills Herning, leading them to a 3rd‑place podium and continues to coach the national team for the upcoming EuroSkills competition in Düsseldorf.
